TMS has spent three decades building and maintaining properties across South East Queensland, with a specialisation in childcare facilities. What sets us apart is simple: we don’t just maintain buildings, we build them. That means our team understands structures from the ground up — plumbing, electrical, compliance, safety — because in many cases, we’re the ones who built them.

Our role
Operating a childcare centre involves much more than the building itself — child safety, regulatory requirements, lease obligations, budgets, contractor coordination and the daily needs of centre teams, children and families all have to be balanced.
